• Question: Aled what in your opinion is the birth of this universe???????????

      Hey again mandeep101!

      My opinion is that the universe started with the big bang! So everything in the universe started in the space the size of an atom! And then within a trillion trillion trillionth of a second this expanded to the size of a marble! When this bang happened it then continued to expand!

      To put it into perspective… If the big bang was the size of a full stop… it would have expended to the size of our galaxy in that trillion trillion trillionth of a second! That is very fast expansion! I then believe as everything moved away from each other, things cooled, atoms formed, and then they came together to form the planets and stars etc!

      It is quite hard to believe and even harder to prove! Others believe in god which when you think of it is just as acceptable as starting with nothing and then there was something the size of our universe today!
