Hello Athul!
Yes and no… It is very difficult to tell because the universe contains everything and there is nothing else! So if there were to be different dimensions we would have to change this definition OR the dimensions would have to be part of this universe! I personally think that there is only one universe… for the time being we know so little about our own universe that it is almost pointless thinking about the possibility of others!

For a some physics to work, there has to be other dimensions! That said, I can’t even pretend to understand it in any detail – I’m a mere biologist
