      Hey Obiwankenobi,

A shadow has no weight as it is only created by the absence of light! Short and sweet answer unfortunately!

Hope that answers your question! If not, ask me more!

      Hi obiwankenobi,

Aled has it right! Shadows are not a physical entity, just an absence of light, so we couldn’t weigh them if we tried 🙂

Though, if you want to be *really* precise: weight is measured as a *force* (as opposed to mass) and light does exert a tiny amount of force – so you could say that a shadow, being the absence of light, equals: minus a tiny amount of weight!

So please go and ask your physics teacher for the details 🙂
