  Hi ag2002,
  I use cells from cows cartilage as they are very similar to the cells in human cartilage. This is very useful as I don’t think I would be allowed to cut cells out of humans knees! We have found out that these cells change what proteins they make if we squish them, and that they change depending on what type of squishing we do! We also found out that if we squish them in the evening they make less bad proteins so everyone should exercise in the evening!
