  Hey Knighto,
  
  I’m technically still doing my PhD although I have done everything I can and it is in the hands of the exam board now!
  
  My PhD is titled the effects of manuka honey on Pseudomonas aeruginosa and I look at how the honey kills this particular bacteria! So far I have found out that it causes them to burst open (which I’ve had published in a scientific journal! woo hoo!) – well its a bit more technical than that! If you want more information let me know and I can go more in-depth!
