  The honey I work on is a special preparation – this means it is clean and doesn’t have any contaminants in it which might make you ill! We only use honey to treat surface wounds like a burn on your finger or a graze on your knee! Because it is a natural product it is very safe to use, we just need to make sure it is free of contaminants!
