  I had a LOT of KFC! Some might say too much for one person… In fact what I ate was meant to be for four people I think, but I managed to finish most of it!

I tried an experiment last night. I made chips, spread them out and put cheese on top, then put sweet pepper, chilli, sweetcorn, olives and pineapple on top like a pizza and grilled the top. Served it with tomato salsa. It works!
