This is a difficult question and depends what you mean by best and worst! Superbugs are generally bad bacteria that are resistant to antibiotics so MRSA would probably be the worst! However Yersinia pestis, caused the black death many years ago, wiping out large populations and this has made a come back today with cases begin reported in Madagascar!
Viruses can be much worse than bacteria! but they are completely different!
