      Hi Knighto (again!)

I use manuka honey which comes from bees gathering nectar from the manuka bush (which grows in New Zealand!). This plant makes chemicals (such as methylglyoxal, commonly known as MGO) which go into the sap and the bee takes this back to the hive where it gets put into the honey along with some bee chemicals (such as bee-defensin-1)! These chemicals kill superbugs and when used in honey, you’re VERY unlikely (if not impossible) to get resistance to the honey!

Hope that answers your question! If not, ask me more!
