Hey Mr Sheep (again! keep the questions coming! I’m loving it!)

The carbon goes into making all of our vital compounds! It can be incorporated into amino acids which are the building blocks of proteins! It can be incorporated into nucleic acids which are the building blocks of DNA! It can also go into making lipids which help to form our cells outer membrane! There is so much that we use carbon for that we couldn’t live without it! (or oxygen, hydrogen, nitrogen, calcium and phosphorus! These are the building blocks of organic life!)

Hope that helps! Don’t forget to vote! 🙂
